Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.

How to Request a Return

  • Email us at Support@smnutrihub.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
  • If approved the Return/Exchange will be completed within 5 – 7 business days.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
  • It may take 4 – 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
