Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at Support@smnutrihub.com with your order details and reason for return.
- If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.
- If approved the Return/Exchange will be completed within 5 – 7 business days.
Refund Process
- Refunds are credited to the original mode of payment.
- It may take 4 – 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days of delivery. We will offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
